Top Character Strengths

Personality Profile

What character strength do you value the most and why?
I value my top character strength – honesty, authenticity and genuineness the most because I truly live this value every day. You can always count on me to tell you how I really feel and as a result people know they can call on me in a time of need.

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
My character strengths have supported my work at TMF since the very beginning. In my short time here at TMF I have established myself as a valuable member of the team and someone who knows how to work hard and have fun while doing it!

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
When veterans, survivors and inspired civilians “join” TMF, they become part of the TMF Family – a group of passionate people working to inspire and mold the next generation of leaders. I love the family-like culture we have. We all may know a little TMI (too much information) about each other, but that is what brings us all closer together and empowers us to continue TMF’s mission!
