Top Character Strengths

LOVE - SPIRITUALITY - GRATITUDE

Personality Profile

What character strength do you value the most and why?
Love. Someone once told me that I “love to love”, and I think they were right. I’m a people person, so I hold reciprocal relationships at a very high value.

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
Love, spirituality and gratitude all fuel my passion for working with such an inspired group of people. I love working with the military community, particularly with veterans and survivors, who make our daily efforts to develop character in future generations so effective. I believe that our community efforts are positively impacting our country -- and I’m grateful that I have the opportunity to consistently learn from individuals who are always growing, improving and innovating themselves.

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
I’m deeply inspired by the selfless sacrifices of our service members, their families, gold star families and the inspired civilians who support them. I’ve witnessed many everyday moments in which the character and integrity of our military community has pushed me to be a better person.
