What character strength do you value the most and why? 
The Character Strength I value most is Honesty. Honesty builds trust in personal and professional relationships. It takes bravery to be honest even when it is difficult. Honesty should be prioritized in open communication to determine accountability and set expectations. Honesty leads to consistency and dependability. One can be honest without needing to be brash or offensive. I believe honesty is the unbiased truth delivered with consideration, sincerity and respect.

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF? 
I believe my top character strengths would support my work at TMF because I thoroughly enjoy learning new things and gaining new skills. My character strengths enable me to engage with my team and customers with sincerity, open communication, and build rapport, trust and reliability.

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
As an active duty military spouse for 19 years, I served as an Ombudsmen, volunteered through spouse’s clubs and on-base thrift stores. I understand the sacrifices necessary to thrive as a military family in a new place.I now understand moxie needed to successfully transition out of the military and establish a ‘new normal’ as a disabled retiree family. It is my passion to partner with inspired civilians to ensure essential resources are made readily available to veterans, survivors and their families.
