Brandon, FL - Fall 2018

Please join TMF in honoring Marine Sergeant Nicholas J. Walsh.

Sergeant Walsh was a native of Birmingham, AL, who enlisted right out of John Carroll Catholic High School wanting to make a difference in the war in Iraq.  The Marine Corps was tradition in Sergeant Walsh's family as his grandfather, Walter R. Walsh, who lived past 100 years old was also a Marine, as are two cousins and an uncle.  As a member of 1st Recon Battalion, Sergeant Wash was a respected combat leader always willing to do what it took to accomplish the mission. He was known for his tactical proficiency and for having a great sense of humor.  Sergeant Walsh is remembered as a great husband and dad to his sons, Triston and Tanner, who look up to him to this day.  His memory lives on within all of those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and we honor the service legacy of Sergeant Walsh with our support of the community in Lithia, FL.

This event will take place on December 17th and 18th from 8:30am - 3:00pm.
