Please join TMF and Manitoba Ruck Club in this Op Legacy project. Winter is coming and our shelters are in need of supplies. We are rucking donations of warm clothing and supplies for our downtown shelters to Royal Canadian Legion Branch #43.

This project is honoring the life and legacy of Our local hero is Cpl. James Hayward Arnal 25, of Winnipeg. Arnal was on his second tour of duty in Afghanistan, when he was struck by a roadside bomb explosion on July 18, 2008 in southern Afghanistan during a night patrol in Panjwaii district near Khandar city. Arnal was a member of the 2nd Battalion, Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry, stationed in Shilo, MB. He was the 88th Canadian soldier to die in the Afghanistan mission.
