Travis Manion Foundation and the Edmond Santa Fe Wolves Football Team are teaming up once again to put character into action through a powerful Operation Legacy project focused on service, teamwork, and community impact.
As part of our Teams of Character initiative, over 100 student-athletes will unite at Arcadia Lake to clean and restore multiple camping sites that were recently damaged by storms. This effort reflects the core values we emphasize through TMF’s Character Does Matter program—leadership, accountability, and a willingness to serve others.
Following the service project, we’ll celebrate the team’s hard work and unity with a cookout at the Arcadia Lake swimming docks, where hamburgers, hot dogs, and fellowship—generously donated by Ben E. Keith—will be shared by all.
This Operation Legacy project not only reinforces the importance of civic responsibility and environmental stewardship but also strengthens the bond between teammates and community members. It’s more than a clean-up—it's a chance to live the “If Not Me, Then Who…” ethos and become leaders of character on and off the field.
This project will honor the life and legacy of SPC James T Wickliff-Chacin, USA.
