What character strength do you value the most and why?
Love. I believe that being able to face every situation and interaction with love and empathy will offer a unique perspective/outlook on life and how to handle its challenges. Kindness and love can do so much- it can uplift spirits, build relationships, and have a lasting impact on people
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
Love allows me to connect with my team by encouraging a supportive environment. It allows me to approach each situation with compassion and an understanding for everyone. Spirituality guides my purpose and commitment to TMF’s values. Lastly, gratitude strengthens my appreciation for the opportunities to serve and make a positive impact.
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
One of the aspects I enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians is their sense of purpose. Interacting with individuals who have served or supported those who have is incredibly inspiring. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their journeys!

Military Connection
My grand uncle served as Retired 1st SGT. in the USMC and my cousin serves as Active Duty Staff SGT. (Combat Medic) for the National Guard. Their stories and post-service outlook have always resonated and inspired me.
