In 2005, he served a difficult tour in Iraq. After living overseas for four years, he was assigned an instructor position in San Antonio, TX. While in San Antonio, he had many responsibilities including managing ground combat, force protection, and law enforcement training. He loved what he did and gave 100% at all times.
