What character strength do you value the most and why?
I value judgment the most because since I think things through and examine them from all sides, it allows me to almost always understand anyone’s point of view on any topic.
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
My strengths support my work at TMF because as an accountant you need to pay attention to all of the details and the strength of judgment looks at all things. Honesty is one of the most important characteristics of an accountant. With access to and management of TMF funds, it is imperative that honesty rules.
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
Working at TMF has opened my eyes to a world I had not known prior. It has shown me an appreciation for those that protect our country and shown me the true meaning of the word service.
