What character strength do you value the most and why? 
I value my spirituality and fairness the most.  We all fit into this world with a meaningful purpose and my faith has allowed me to experience more feelings of connectedness.  I also firmly believe that giving everyone a fair chance is only just.  Not letting your personal feelings cloud your decisions about others allows equal opportunity for all.

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF? 
I believe that my creativity and experience working with veterans and community members will allow TMF to grow.  I also feel that my faith has led me to a meaningful purpose that matches the values within TMF. 

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
As a veteran, I enjoy being able to connect with civilians, survivors, and veterans within our community to reestablish those bonds.  Our lives go by way too fast and I love sitting back and empowering others to tell their story.  Our differences make us stronger and a more unified community.
