What character strength do you value the most and why?
I value Curiosity the most because I love to learn new things. Through my fascination with learning and discovering things and techniques I can continue to grow and have new and different experiences.
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
I feel that my top character strengths of Love and Teamwork and Curiosity allow me to get to know everyone who I come into contact with during my time at TMF. Through that I can make connections, build their trust and engage with them both individually and then as a larger part of the TMF community.
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
I enjoy hearing the stories that everyone has to tell, especially those of fallen heroes. I also love that everyone is volunteering their time and energy to give back to the community, because community service has been such a large part of my life.
