Personality Profile

What character strength do you value the most and why? 
I value the love of learning the most. As I began my career in the US Army, learning the most I could from the best leaders was the catalyst to my success in the service. As long as we can keep an open mind and open heart, learning is never ending and a lifelong endeavor.

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF? 
Learning what other organizations do for our veterans and gold star families, while making connections can benefit every party involved. The ability to connect and foster relationships while working as a member of an amazing team will be key in my work at TMF.

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
My passion to serve began when I enlisted. It continued during my tenure in uniform. I was able to find purpose after uniform by helping veterans that were going through mental health crises. Our Spartans are ambassadors of service and represent everything that's good about our country.  Being in a position to best support their endeavors as they develop character in the future generations, is nothing short of remarkable.
