  Hello 9/11 Heroes Run participant,
  
  We are excited to have you join us this Saturday, Sept. 9, for the first ever 9/11 Heroes run in Austin, Minnesota. This event is being presented in partnership with the Travis Manion Foundation, an organization that strives to unite and strengthen communities and empower veterans.
  
  Here are few details that will be helpful to know:
  • Race packets can be picked up on Friday, Sept. 8, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the SPAM Museum front desk or on Saturday morning.
  • Saturday race check-in start at 6:45 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. at the SPAM Museum.
  • Opening ceremony begins at 7:45 a.m. in front of the SPAM Museum.
  • Race begins at 8 a.m.
  • Award ceremony will begin shortly after the last participant crosses the finish line.
  
  Just Take the Cake and Sunny’s Mexican food trucks will be there starting at 7 a.m. until after the race.

• GORUCK

  Travis Manion Foundation is proud to partner with GORUCK again in 2023, bringing rucking divisions to every 9/11 Heroes Run. Rucking is a sport grounded in Special Forces Training in which participants carry weighted rucksacks. All participants registered for the GORUCK division will receive this year's exclusive TMF GORUCK patch. Please read the rules and requirements carefully as they have changed since last year.
