  Ceremony will start at 7:45am and the race will start at 8. 

  We ask those who are volunteering to arrive by 6 am.  Be sure to arrive early to allow time for parking.

  The best way to get to the clinic on the 2nd floor is to enter through the main entrance at the circle drive. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor, exit to the left and walk around to the suite, #200, on the left.
  
  

  Hopefully one of these locations and times works, but if not, packet pickup and sign in will begin at 6:30am race day and end at 7:45am. There will be tables sorted by last name and a separate table for the ruckers.
  
  

  GoRuck participants who pick up their packets early will still need to stop at the table on race day for their rucks to be weighed, get their blue tiveks, and to collect their patch.

• GORUCK

  Travis Manion Foundation is proud to partner with GORUCK again in 2023, bringing rucking divisions to every 9/11 Heroes Run. Rucking is a sport grounded in Special Forces Training in which participants carry weighted rucksacks. All participants registered for the GORUCK division will receive this year's exclusive TMF GORUCK patch. Please read the rules and requirements carefully as they have changed since last year.
