The 9/11 Heroes Run unites communities to honor the heroes of 9/11 and the service members who stepped up in the wars that followed. Join your community in fulfilling the promise we made over 20 years ago to never forget.

Date & Time: Sunday, September 15th, 2024
• The race will start at 10:00 AM, with an opening ceremony beginning at 9:30 AMLocation: Saginaw Valley State University – 7400 Bay Road University Center, MI 48638
Parking: Parking Lot E (See attached campus map)
Packet Pickup: Race-day packet pickup will begin at 8:30AM and conclude at 9:30 AM
Opening Ceremony: Please join us at 9:30 AM for a moment of silence and the playing of our National Anthem before the race.
Ruckers: If you have signed up to ruck and want to compete for a medal, your ruck will be weighed before the event.

GORUCK RUCKING DIVISION
Travis Manion Foundation is proud to partner with GORUCK again in 2024, bringing rucking divisions to every 9/11 Heroes Run. Rucking is a sport grounded in Special Forces Training in which participants carry weighted rucksacks. All participants registered for the GORUCK division will receive this year's exclusive TMF GORUCK patch. Please read the rules and requirements carefully as they have changed since last year.
