The 9/11 Heroes Run 5K welcomes runners, ruckers, and walkers of all ages and fitness levels to honor the heroes of 9/11 and those who've served our nation since.

All registered virtual runners will receive the official 2024 Heroes Run t-shirt and patch (rucking division only) directly to the address you provided at registration on a rolling basis starting in mid-July.
Virtual runners who submit their results here between September 7 - October 30 are eligible to win finisher medals.

GORUCK RUCKING DIVISION
Travis Manion Foundation is proud to partner with GORUCK again in 2024, bringing rucking divisions to every 9/11 Heroes Run. Rucking is a sport grounded in Special Forces Training in which participants carry weighted rucksacks. All participants registered for the GORUCK division will receive this year's exclusive TMF GORUCK patch. Please read the rules and requirements carefully as they have changed since last year.
