HONOR THE LIFE AND LEGACY OF A HERO

Join Spartans nationwide to complete the Manion WOD (Workout of the Day) in honor of 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC, who made the ultimate sacrifice in Iraq in 2007. The Hero WOD will take place the weekend of April 26-28. All proceeds raised support the TMF mission of empowering veterans and families of the fallen to develop character in future generations.
