Travis Manion Foundation will be traveling to Atlanta, GA for a 5-day expedition where participants will focus on their personal & unique character & leadership development while also serving at a community level. Expedition participants will create a long lasting local impact as we work with a selected nonprofit, 180 Degree Farm, which aims to provide clean, organic, nutrient dense food to cancer fighters in their community after the farm owner’s young son began to heal from his cancer diagnosis. The service project piece of the expedition will include the build out of a therapeutic deck & garden space which will be available as a healing escape for cancer fighters and survivors receiving treatment at the nearby cancer treatment center.
