Please join TMF, and the Low Country Ruck Club for an Operation Legacy project and ruck. We would like to ask the community to help donate items to Ecco of Charleston a local food pantry that works with locals in need. We plan to bring our donated items in your Ruck, we will do a short 2-3 mile loop through the neighborhoods & return to start point to off load our donations. 

There will also be a place to drop off donations that do not fit or if you are not able to Ruck with the group.
Here is a list of items the food pantry is in need of:

• Instant Potatoes. 
• Stuffing Mix, 
• Dry Noodles, 
• Chicken Broth, 
• Jarred Gravy, 
• Canned Green beans, Corn, Yams
• Pumpkin & Cranberry Sauce.
  

Pantry House hold goods wish list: 

• House hold cleaning products
• toilet paper
• laundry detergent
• Depends size large
• Diapers size-4, 5 & 6, 
• wipes.
