At our 6th Annual Spartan Leadership Summit, TMF will bring together top leaders in the Spartan community for an immersive three-day, two-night experience. The invitation-only event is aimed at helping you build camaraderie with like-minded Spartans, develop yourself as a leader, and take home strategies to engage your community through the "If Not Me, Then Who..." ethos.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Investing in our Spartans


Attendees can expect to share and connect with fellow Spartan leaders in this unique environment a step away from the everyday. The summit offers a chance to learn alongside fellow Spartans, TMF leadership, and staff in an intimate setting. This year's summit will be held in May, with accommodations within minutes of Philadelphia, PA.

ATTENDING THE SUMMIT

HOW TO QUALIFY


You are automatically eligible for an invite if you fulfill one the following volunteer leadership roles:
- Race director or committee member for a local Joggin’ for Frogmen or 9/11 Heroes Run event
- Graduate of the Spartan Leadership Program
- Leader, co-leader or committee member for a TMF Chapter (currently serving)
- Organize an independent fundraiser that raises $2,500 or more

You are or may become eligible if you complete any two or more of the following in the 2022 calendar year:
- Organize an Operation Legacy service project
- Deliver a Character Does Matter presentation or course
- Attend a TMF Expedition

ACCOMMODATIONS

Normandy Farm Hotel & Conference Center


The 2023 Spartan Leadership Summit will be held at Normandy Farm Hotel & Conference Center in Blue Bell, PA. TMF will cover costs for all lodging, meeting spaces, and meals for the length of the summit. Although Spartans are responsible for costs related to travel, a limited number of travel assistance grants are available upon request.
