Any passionate Spartan can create a fundraiser to unite friends, families, and communities to raise funds for Travis Manion Foundation. These fundraisers support our vital mission: to empower veterans and families of the fallen to develop character in the next generation.
Each fundraiser is unique, and can be as simple or complex as the host chooses. Events can be held by any individual Spartan, family, company, organization, club, or school. The key to success is passion to support TMF’s mission, no matter how much you raise. If your fundraiser raises $1000 or more, you will be eligible to join our elite Spartan Society.

Past fundraisers have included: birthday campaigns on Facebook, fun runs, golf outings, happy hours, corporate dress-down Fridays, and virtual events such as video-conference trivia nights.
Our staff will guide you with: organization and support, a digital platform to manage online registration for your event, online donation pages, and advice on best practices for Peer to Peer fundraising. Depending on the fundraiser, TMF may also provide swag or giveaway items for your donors or guests.

A high school student and avid sewer, Megan Cooper, created the fundraiser Hold On by Mac in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. She sells homemade face masks and donates a portion of her sales to fund essential TMF programs that empower youth and families of fallen heroes. She cites her parents’ and brother’s military service as her inspiration to support TMF through this fundraiser.
A Spartan from New Hope, PA hosts an annual cornhole tournament at his home for family and friends. He began the tournament in 2008 to raise funds for worthy causes and chose TMF as the primary beneficiary after hearing TMF President Ryan Manion speak about her brother, Travis, on local radio.
This fundraiser is a ticketed 5K and 1-mile swimming endurance competition that takes place annually in the Delaware mid-winter at an outdoor pool. The event is organized by Gold Star Father John Mosko in honor of his son, LT Chris Mosko, USN, and the individual fallen heroes each participant chooses to honor.
This event, hosted on the @30for30heroes Instagram page, is a month-long challenge for Spartans to complete one Hero WOD (Workout of the Day) per day in honor of a different fallen hero. 30 for 30 Heroes was created to challenge participants to stay prepared for the unknown, tackle any task thrown their way, and keep moving forward until completion. Participants who complete all 30 WODs receive an exclusive TMF patch.
