Spartan Leadership Summit is an invitation-only event, designed to bring our most engaged veteran and volunteer leaders together in May 2027 for an immersive experience. The itinerary features invigorating team workouts, shared meals, small-group discussions, thought-provoking sessions, and nightly social hours. This event is a unique opportunity to grow alongside and connect with fellow Spartans and TMF leadership in a fun and inspiring atmosphere. This year’s Spartan Leadership Summit will celebrate 20 years of Travis Manion Foundation by recognizing the Spartans and communities who have brought the mission to life while strengthening relationships and collaboration across regions.
Through highly interactive, participant-driven sessions, Spartans will share what is working within their communities, learn from one another, problem solve common challenges, and build connections beyond their own region. The summit will honor TMF’s legacy while equipping and inspiring Spartans to collectively shape its next chapter.
Who, What + Where
The 2027 Spartan Leadership Summit will take place from Wednesday, May 5, to Friday, May 7, at Camp Allen in Navasota, TX, conveniently located outside of Houston. It is an invitation-only experience with limited space and registration is first come, first served. Accommodations, meals, and programming are provided at no cost to Spartans.
