I value spirituality the most because my faith forms the foundation of everything I do. My faith fuels my gratitude, helps me persevere in challenging moments, gives me hope, and helps me maintain a healthy perspective.

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF? 
My character strengths shape how I approach partnerships and stewardship at TMF. Honesty and gratitude guide how I build relationships with funders and partners, while my spirituality grounds my work in a sense of purpose. Self-regulation allows me to stay focused and thoughtful in complex projects, and my love of learning keeps me curious about how we can strengthen and expand TMF’s impact.

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
I’m inspired by the continued commitment to service that defines the TMF Spartan community. Veterans and families of the fallen have already given so much, yet they choose to continue leading, mentoring, and serving others. It’s humbling and rewarding to support their journeys of continued community impact.
