Personality Profile
What character strength do you value the most and why?
Spirituality is a strength I value most as it has been an anchor for me throughout my life. It has helped me use my experiences to positively impact others and has shaped the way I view service, relationships, and purpose.
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
My character strengths help me bring lightness to challenging situations, continuously seek opportunities for new learning, and find meaning in the small things. I have a genuine curiosity towards understanding people, systems, and how things can be done better. I believe that leadership is less about recognition and more about helping others discover their own ability to serve and lead. These strengths help me bring both heart and a willingness to grow in my work at TMF.
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
I enjoy seeing others find healing and purpose through connection and service. As a surviving spouse, I have learned firsthand the value of honoring the fallen while continuing to live and serve others. I am passionate about building relationships with others and empowering them to use their stories to make a difference in their community.
