How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF? 
Fairness ensures everyone gets the support they need, no matter what their situation is. Honesty helps to keep communication clear and upfront, building trust in what we do. Gratitude is what keeps me going, knowing we're making a difference for those who've given so much. These strengths drive me to do my best for our heroes and their families every day.

What I enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians is the opportunity to hear and learn from everyone's unique stories. We all come from different backgrounds and experiences, but it's those differences that truly bring us together. Whether it's hearing about a veteran's service, a survivor's journey, or an inspired civilian's commitment to making a difference, each story is a reminder of the resilience and strength within our community.
