I value Curiosity because it drives me to explore, learn, and try to understand the world around me. It fuels my desire to seek new experiences, solve problems, and engage with different people and perspectives.  

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF? 
Humor helps build strong relationships and creates a positive environment. Honesty fosters credibility and integrity aligning with the foundations work. Curiosity drives me to understand the evolving needs of the community. Self-Regulation helps maintain focus and make thoughtful decisions that align with TMF. Fairness is the strength that helps create an inclusive environment which is fundamental to the foundation's mission

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
What I enjoy about it is the opportunity to build meaningful connections. Building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences allow me to understand where they are coming from and how I can support them. I value connections because they foster collaboration, support, and understanding, helping us achieve shared goals and better each others lives.
