Chief Investment Officer, CBRE

As CBRE’s Chief Investment Officer, Croft Young oversees the company’s global Strategy and Corporate Development teams. He partners with CBRE’s executive, business line and geographic leaders around the world to drive strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) execution and integration, as well as balance sheet investment activity. Croft is a member of the Global Executive Committee. Prior to joining CBRE in July 2023, Croft was a Managing Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley, where he covered a range of blue-chip public and private clients in the real estate, investment management, and hospitality/leisure industries. Croft previously served 13 years as an officer (active duty and reserve) in the United States Marine Corps. He lives with his family in New York City.
