Honesty with yourself and others is a catalyst for all other positive things in life and can lead to solutions and clarity quickly.
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
Being able to connect with others and build meaningful relationships is on the forefront of my work here. My top 3 character strengths are all connected tp relationships with others and ultimately aid in building meaningful experiences.
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
I believe that in a time where people seem more disconnected than ever, being able to create positive, impactful environments for other people to come to is incredibly important and fulfilling.
