What character strength do you value the most and why? 
 I value Fairness most. No matter my or someone else’s feelings about a person, everyone deserves kindness and a seat at the table, so to speak. What they do with their seat is up to them, but at least they were given a chance.

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF? 
They remind me that I am serving something higher than myself. The military community has always held a special place in my heart and my strengths help me to better serve it.

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
I enjoy being part of a company that loves their work and it shows in their attitudes and beliefs. It provides connection and community and a shared purpose. I also have many friends and family who are either active-duty, veterans, or retired and it feels like I am where I should be.
