What character strength do you value the most and why? 
For me it was so eye opening to realize that forgiveness is one of my top strengths, and that not everyone else is good at it.

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF? 
My top strengths are all supportive of being a great team member and aid in working with other volunteers to support their efforts and growth.  

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
As a veteran myself, after going through the transition process from active duty I developed great passion for helping other veterans do the same. A veteran’s military service has a very special place in their heart, but many times they need help to recognize it and foster its growth.
