What character strength do you value the most and why? 
I value humor the most as I find bringing humor and fun into everything I do can help to lighten the mood and build connections with others. Even when there is a setback, we can use humor to provide a different, light-hearted perspective.

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF? 
Technology can sometimes feel intimidating and overwhelming. By incorporating humor into training and interactions I can make technology more relatable, helping others feel more comfortable using it. Leading with honesty and love are paramount for human interactions.  

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
Working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians gives me an opportunity to give back to those who gave so much to me through their service and sacrifice. While many may not look like me or come from where I am from, being in this connected community helps us share similar values and missions which brings a great sense of camaraderie and positive impact. I’m honored to be in a position where I can continue to serve.
