Top Character Strengths
HUMOR - SPIRITUALITY - HUMILITY - PERSPECTIVE - APPRICATION OF BEAUTY & EXCELLENCE
Personality Profile
What character strength do you value the most and why?
Humility. My HS track coach was an Army veteran who led with humility and compassion, while instilling the same work ethic that we learned at home, which taught me the concept and value of servant leadership.
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
I’m driven by the belief that everyone can do great things, be great people, and leave a great legacy if given the opportunity, support, encouragement, and love. Why not add some humor to the heaviness of it all and have some fun along the way?
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians? I have seen the beauty in humanity as well as the ugly side of conflict while steadfast in my belief that service comes in many forms and the opportunity to improve the lives of others is present in all situations.
Witnessing the impact this generation of veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians is making in our communities across the country gives me hope that our future is bright, prosperous, and filled with service to others as a guiding principle.
