Personality Profile
What character strength do you value the most and why?
Though Social Intelligence ranked fourth, it’s the strength I value most. Being aware of others—how they feel, what they need, and how to respond with care—is the foundation of both good leadership and being a good human.
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
I’m always learning and thinking things through, which helps me design leadership development experiences that are thoughtful and intentional. I see the big picture and care deeply about creating learning experiences where people feel included, seen and supported. My goal is to help others lead with confidence and clarity.
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
I love working with mission-driven people. Veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians bring courage, honesty, and heart to everything they do—and I feel lucky to help support their growth through meaningful learning experiences.
