I value kindness the most because I believe the way we make people feel matters. Kindness creates connection, builds trust, and reminds people that they are seen and valued.
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
My strengths help me build genuine relationships, connect with people, and create an environment where everyone feels valued and included. They allow me to approach my work with empathy, fairness, and a strong sense of teamwork, while also bringing some humor and positivity along the way.
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
I enjoy the opportunity to learn from people with such different experiences, perspectives and stories. Veterans, survivors and inspired civilians each bring something unique to the TMF community, but they share a common commitment to service and making a difference. I love that TMF’s mission empowers them to share those experiences and help build character in future generations.

My mom went to West Point and served in the Army as a Helicopter Pilot, dad served 20+ years and retired as a Master Army Aviator, my older sister is a Chef in the Coast Guard and my younger sister and her husband currently serve in the Army.
