What character strength do you value the most and why? 
I value Hope the most. Choosing to be positive and expecting the best helps me remain motivated and keeps me moving toward my goals even during setbacks. By focusing on remaining hopeful, I’m also able to support others by encouraging those around me whenever they need a boost.

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF? 
I have the honor of working on our People Operations team which means that I get to connect, support, build up, and work alongside the amazing staff at TMF. My cup is full since I’m able to authentically connect with others, hear their perspectives on their lives and roles, and strengthen their resolve to help them reach their goals.

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
I enjoy the sense of purpose they bring to every conversation. Their experiences create a depth of perspective that makes our work meaningful, and their commitment to growth—both personally and within their communities—is inspiring.
