What character strength do you value the most and why?
I value love and gratitude the most because they really shape how I try to show up in every part of my life. Love reminds me to lead with care and empathy in my relationships, while gratitude helps me stay grounded and appreciative of the people and experiences that have shaped me. I’ve found that when I lead with both, I’m able to build stronger, more meaningful relationships and bring more intention into my work and everyday life.
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
My strengths of love, gratitude, kindness, humor, and fairness really shape how I show up at work every day. They help me approach people and situations with empathy and genuine care, whether I’m collaborating with a team, problem solving, or supporting a project from start to finish. Gratitude keeps me grounded and reminds me not to take the work or the people I work with for granted, especially knowing the impact behind what we’re building. Kindness and fairness guide how I communicate and make decisions, making sure I’m thoughtful and respectful of different perspectives. And humor helps me stay positive and bring a lighter energy when things get busy or stressful, which I think is important in fast paced environments.
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
What I enjoy most is getting to work with people who have such powerful stories. I really value the opportunity to listen, learn, and help share those experiences in a way that feels meaningful. There’s something really special about being part of work that connects people, honors their journeys, and helps build a stronger understanding between military and civilian communities.

Passions and Interests
I love interior design, vlogging, making sourdough, beach days, pilates, and spending time with my golden retriever Doug. I also really enjoy meeting new people and stepping out of my comfort zone to try new things.
Military Connection
My grandfather served in the Airforce and was a surgeon during Vietnam, my oldest brother is a 2012 Naval Academy graduate who served as a helicopter pilot, and my boyfriend is an Infantry Officer in the Marine Corps. Being connected to this community has given me a deep appreciation for the sacrifices of service members and their families, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to support that community through my work.
