What character strength do you value the most and why?
I value Social Intelligence the most. We are all different and have had different experiences; I try to understand where other people are coming from in order to effectively lead and develop relationships.
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
TMF Spartan members join voluntarily so it needs to be fun. I truly believe we can make a huge impact on others while having fun and enjoying camaraderie. That’s how it was in USMC!
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
We all have different experiences, yet share the same desire to thrive and see others thrive. It feels great to be part of community that roots for and supports each other.
