What character strength do you value the most and why?
I think the character strength that I value the most is Kindness. I believe it helps create a positive impact in everyday life. Being kind gives people a sense of comfort and I value being able to make others feel comfortable and feel it will come full circle in the end.
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
I think my strengths help me because being in an administrative role, you will have to be kind and have perspective to work with all the different personalities that I come in contact with along the way.
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
I find working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians is a beyond rewarding and motivating experience. I am honored to be able to learn and grow and connect with others.
