The Technology Coordinator helps TMF staff and external portal users get timely, reliable support from the Data and Technology team. This position manages daily intake of Help Desk requests, resolves routine Salesforce and software issues, supports reporting needs, and makes sure other requests are assigned, updated, and escalated appropriately.

The Senior Coordinator of Data Operations coordinates projects for the Data & Technology department, improves business processes across departments, and delivers Salesforce reporting and dashboards that help TMF teams make decisions. This role coordinates the full project lifecycle, from intake and requirements gathering through implementation and staff training.

The Northeast Regional Lead is responsible for the end-to-end performance of their assigned region and serves as the principal liaison and subject matter expert for that region. Reporting to the Area Director, the Northeast Regional Lead drives fiscal-year strategy implementation with their regional team, oversees regional workflow and community development, and manages a regional team whose exact structure varies by region - direct oversight of Manager(s)/Senior Manager(s) and/or Coordinator(s)/Senior Coordinator(s), accordingly. The Regional Lead partners closely with the Area Director assigned and internal Program Department Operations teams (Character Does Matter, Chapters, Service, Volunteer Engagement) and the national Development & Marketing team to ensure aligned, high-quality program delivery and growth within their region.

The Midwest Region Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily operations associated with Travis Manion Foundation's (TMF) local programmatic execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, volunteer relationship management of regional Volunteer Leaders to directly support their ability to plan and execute TMF initiatives such as Character Does Matter, Operation Legacy Service Projects, Community Engagement Events, Athletic Events, and Chapter creation/sustainability. The Midwest Region Coordinator focuses on building volunteer-led, staff-supported implementation and coordination efforts to deliver and scale programming, with guidance from their Regional Lead and the broader Regional Operations team. They also work collaboratively with internal Program Department Operations teams (Character Does Matter, Chapters, Service, and Volunteer Engagement).
