What character strength do you value the most and why?
I value my sense of curiosity the most. I’m always open to new ideas and opportunities because it expands my arsenal of knowledge, skills and what I can offer to my community, work, and relationships. I’m constantly trying to improve and love learning from those around me.

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
My top character strength, curiosity, will allow me to connect with people from all different backgrounds. I love listening more than I like talking, and I find each unique story fascinating in its own right. I can’t wait to be apart of sharing our Spartan community’s stories.

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
I am so inspired by our military and veteran’s selfless service and the perseverance and strength of survivors. I love how TMF’s mission empowers them to build character in our future generations which is so important on both ends and I’m honored to be apart of it!
