Personality Profile
What character strength do you value the most and why?
Perseverance is the strength I value most. Life is not expected to come without challenges. What matters is how we learn from those moments, keep going, and continue to grow. Some of the hardest seasons can teach us the most, and I try to carry that mindset with me in both my personal and professional life.
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
My strengths help me connect with people in a genuine way and stay grounded in the work. Being part of the military community has allowed me to see both the struggles and the wins firsthand. That perspective helps me relate to the people TMF serves and support the community with humility, kindness, and a willingness to listen. Perseverance also helps me stay focused when things are difficult and keep working toward the bigger goal.
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
I enjoy being around people who understand the meaning of service and giving back. I love hearing people’s stories and learning what has shaped them. Being able to build relationships and support a mission that means something to people is one of the parts of this work I value most.

Military Connection
I am a proud military spouse to an active-duty U.S. Army service member, and military service has been part of my family for generations. My father, father-in-law, and both of my grandfathers have served. Growing up around that legacy and now living within the military community has given me a deep respect for service, sacrifice, resilience, and the families who stand alongside those who serve.
