Personality Profile
What character strength do you value the most and why?
The character strength I value the most is judgment. I greatly enjoy looking at situations from many perspectives, not just my own. This helps me ensure I am behaving with empathy and also arrive at conclusions with thorough judgment of the situation.
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
My top character strengths support my work at TMF in many ways. Judgment enables me to act in the best interest of those we have the honor and privilege of serving here at TMF. Additionally, honesty and kindness are at the heart of TMF and therefore a priority in my work each day.
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
I enjoy working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians because I feel honored to serve them in some way and learn from each and every one of them. As an inspired civilian myself, it brings me great joy to be able to be a part of the great work they are doing through TMF.
