What character strength do you value the most and why? 

Out of my top five character strengths, the one I value most is Honesty. I believe honesty is the backbone of meaningful relationships, strong teams, and authentic storytelling. Whether it is in my personal or professional life, I strive to be genuine with my words and actions. I believe honesty helps us to build connections with others from the root and in ways that truly matter.

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF? 

Honesty, love, fairness, hope, and forgiveness collectively shape the way I approach each day at TMF. Honesty drives authentic storytelling and builds trust across our team and community. Love inspires compassion and connection, revealing the heart behind every story we share. Fairness ensures that all voices and experiences are equally valued and represented. Hope keeps our mission forward-focused, fueling the creation of inspiring content that encourages people to live with purpose. Lastly, forgiveness allows me to face challenges with grace, and use them as opportunities for growth. Together, these strengths keep me grounded in what matters most — leading with heart, learning through service, living with purpose, and always striving to make a lasting difference.

What I enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians is the deep sense of purpose and connection it brings. I admire how everyone within this community carries a story of service, sacrifice, and commitment to something greater than themselves. Their stories inspire me daily to grow in character and find new ways to serve others. It is such a privilege to help share their voices and carry forward their legacies.
