Kindness. We may agree or disagree, but we can all be kind to each other while we work together to reach our common goal.
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
It is important to remember that we are all on the same team. Teamwork and a diverse group of individuals can help everyone be successful with our individual tasks and our goals as a group. When facing challenges I find that using kindness and humor can go a long way to building a healthy team culture and a fun work environment.
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
I enjoy helping others. I also believe the opportunity to serve veterans and their families is crucial so that we can honor their sacrifices. By providing services we ensure their well-being and we foster a culture that values and cares for its heroes..
