What character strength do you value the most and why?
I value Teamwork the most. I believe collaboration is at the forefront of success. I try to work with others to solve challenges, because when people unite around a shared goal, they bring diverse perspectives, skillsets, and energy that make everything possible.
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
Planning events is never linear. It takes a dedicated team willing to unite around TMF’s mission. When everyone feels heard and valued, the result is not just a successful event, but a reflection of the mission in action.
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
I understand the sacrifices our service members and their families make, and that is not something I take lightly. Their dedication to serving our country is what allows us to have the freedoms we enjoy every day. That is exactly why I feel a deep responsibility to show up with the greatest respect for every veteran, service member, and family TMF serves.
