Personality Profile
What character strength do you value the most and why?
The character strength that I value most is Spirituality.
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
My top strengths really shape how I show up at work. Spirituality gives me a sense of purpose and helps me stay grounded, which allows me to approach challenges with perspective and resilience. My love of learning keeps me curious and open to new ideas, so I’m always looking for ways to grow and bring fresh approaches to the team. Gratitude helps me create a positive environment by recognizing the contributions of others and celebrating wins, big or small. With honesty, I strive to be transparent and reliable, which builds trust and stronger working relationships. And with teamwork, I naturally focus on collaboration—listening to others, sharing responsibility, and helping the group succeed together.
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
What I enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians is seeing life pour back into them. So often I hear stories of deep struggle, pain, and loss, and in those moments it’s impossible not to feel the weight of what they’ve been through. But then, to witness how even one interaction, one act of support, can bring light back into their eyes…it’s indescribable. Those moments of joy, hope, and renewed strength remind me why this work matters so deeply. It tells me I’m exactly where I’m meant to be, making a difference that touches not just a moment in time, but a person’s heart and future.

Skills and Expertise
I’m skilled at building connections by recognizing gaps and finding ways to fill them. I also take time to understand how people operate, meeting them where they are, and helping them use their strengths in meaningful ways.
Passions and Interests
My family is extremely important to me, and I try to spend as much time with them as possible. Life has taught me that time is short, so I make it a priority to cherish my loved ones while I can. I also enjoy baking, which has become my go-to activity when I’m deep in thought or working through ideas—it helps me slow down and process. And when I need to relax, you’ll usually find me in my backyard, watching my dog go wild over a squirrel we’ve named Sandy, who loves to tease her.
