What character strength do you value the most and why?
Gratitude. I am grateful for the gift that our veterans and survivors have given to us and the fact that so many of them continue to give to our country and communities. In my opinion gratitude requires humility and the understanding that our accomplishments are not due to our work alone, but also the work of the entire TMF Team. Humility also leads to Honesty and Humor.

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?  
My main purpose is to build relationships to further our mission. I appreciate what our supporters do for TMF and all that they do to further our mission. Without dealing with our supporters, honestly we would never develop a relationship. Humor always go a long way in nurturing a relationship.

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
I enjoy working every day with TMF staff. Their dedication to our mission is amazing and inspires me to keep moving forward. It is also inspiring to work with both veterans and survivors and to see those who have already given so much, especially the survivors, and continue to give to our country and our communities.
