What character strength do you value the most and why? 
Fairness is a trait that I value most. I believe that our impact on the world begins with how we treat others, value our differences, and build meaningful relationships. 

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF? 
Kindness, creativity, and fairness will serve as building blocks for me to support the legacy of TMF across the nation. Each of these qualities are vital in the way that I will be able to influence others, become a valuable team member, and mentor future generations.

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
The bond that is created through selflessness and sacrifice is one that is irreplaceable. I enjoy the stories, memories, and experiences that we are all able to share with each other and learn from. It is important to recognize that we all have a purpose in this world and we can empower and/or inspire others to serve their purpose through a shared vision.
