What character strength do you value the most and why? 
Honesty will always be the most important character strength to me. Without honesty, you lose trust. Without trust, you cannot have strong connections.

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF? 
Honesty will be the best factor for me to reach out if I do not understand something, or if I need help. Being honest with others and myself will create inroads to better and more efficient work. Humor is very important in any workplace, because humor can help when things might not go the way they are planned.

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
Knowing my grandfather, and some of the stories that he told me as a WWII veteran, it seemed there were times when he might have really needed additional help or a strong community to help through problems after his service. I believe that this work improves and helps veterans in a way that few can, and I know that my grandfather would have been so happy to see and know of this foundation.
