Personality Profile
What character strength do you value the most and why?
Kindness is most important to me because it shapes how I show up, creating an environment where people feel supported, valued, and able to contribute to something bigger than themselves
How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF?
My top strengths shape how I show up in my work and with others. Kindness helps me build strong, genuine relationships and create an environment where people feel supported and valued. Honesty allows me to communicate openly and build trust, while fairness helps me approach decisions with balance and respect for different perspectives. Forgiveness helps me to remain understanding when challenges come up, and spirituality gives me a sense of purpose and connection to something bigger than myself.
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
What I enjoy most is the opportunity to connect with people from diverse backgrounds who are united by a shared commitment to supporting others. Veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians all bring resilience, unique experiences, and a willingness to continue giving back. I value being able to support and learn from them while helping create spaces where they feel seen, valued, and genuinely supported.
